| Job Requirement | One of the leading MNC is looking for Unit manager for their IHB (Individual Home Buyer) Division at Mumbai location. This position will be responsible for spearheading the activities taking place in the unit, ‘starting from Sales , Installation, Coordination, Collection, End to End etc’. He/She will be having minimum of 5 employees (depending upon geography) from SG rolls reporting to him and handling channel partners, service partners, kitchen studios, e-commerce space. Pl take these following points into consideration while searching profiles for Unit Managers. 1. He should be from Mumbai 2. Selling product to end consumers (Sales exposure) 3. Segment (or) Organization, where product needs a consultation before being sold to end consumers. (Something like Décor aligned profiles) 4. End consumer (B2C Sales) 5. Team Management | Handling experience must 6. Network initiation 7. Channel Management | Development 8. Look for construction material with Décor aligned profiles. His primary KRA should be aligned to the turnover of the unit/ branch or territory. |
